Death, dying, loss and bereavement affect us all at some time during our lives.
Palliative Care South East is determined to develop Compassionate Communities in our region to support those with a life-limiting illness to remain in their communities for as long as they wish. We want citizens, community groups, care providers, schools, businesses, educators, local governments and organisations to come together to care for the vulnerable in our community.
We want to hear from those of you who want to be involved to make our community a caring, supportive place to be.
