Carer Support Kit.

In 2016 Palliative Care South East received funding from South Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network to develop a Carer Support Kit.

The Carer Support Kit provides carers with useful information and tips to help them to care for their loved one.

‘The Kit’ includes information on the following topics:

• Looking after yourself
• Managing pain, symptoms and medications
• Preparing for death
• Resources and links
