Faulty Goods

During the first 3 months after purchase, you can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to do. You must let Palliative Care South East know of any fault once it has been detected. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase, send us an email at accounts@palliativecarese.org.au to notify us of your order/invoice number and intended return or exchange.

Please note that all online images are for illustration purposes only and colours may vary depending on your screen.

Any refunds or exchange offered will be processed when goods have been returned and inspected by Palliative Care South East.

 

Incorrect item(s) received

In the event an incorrect item has been received, we will replace the item with the correct piece. Please email us at accounts@palliativecarese.org.au to notify of your order/invoice number, the incorrect item received or missing items and intended replacement or refund. We encourage that upon pick up customers review their purchase to ensure they have the correct item(s).

 

Change of mind

Please choose carefully, as we do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind.

 

Discounted price

Returned items will be refunded or exchanged of the price at the time of purchase based on the invoice. All prices for items on sale are only valid during the sale period. Customer is required to make up the difference in price of any exchange.

 

Returning of goods

Palliative Care South East is not responsible for any goods damaged or lost in transit.

Important Note: We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of all returned goods prior to offering a refund or exchange. This may result in the product being sent away for assessment. If the products are deemed not faulty, or have been damaged due to inappropriate use, a refund or exchange will be declined.

 

Change your order details

Please place your order carefully as we are unable to automatically change or update a pick up time once an order has been processed. If you need to make a change to your collection details please email us at accounts@palliativecarese.org.au to make alternative arrangements.

 

Products and Specification

Features and specification of products described or depicted on the website, are subject to change without notice. We have endeavoured to ensure our website reflects accurate descriptions and images of each product, but please be mindful these may vary slightly in real life. The size of each product on this website are not shown in their actual size. If you believe your item doesn’t match the description please send us an email at accounts@palliativecarese.org.au.

All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Payment

Palliative Care South East currently only accepts Mastercard and VISA for online payments. All payments must be finalised prior to the collection of goods.

 

Pickup

You can pick up all purchases at the Palliative Care South East office, located in the Cranbourne integrated Care Centre at 140-154 Sladen St, Cranbourne VIC 3977. Please ensure you can show your order number and photo ID at the time of collection. There is no guarantee of pickup if you arrive outside of your selected date and time.

Palliative Care South East is not responsible for transporting items from the office to your vehicle or place of residence following pickup.

Please provide at least 48 hours notice (72 hours on weekends) if you would like to change your pickup date and time. Palliative Care South East endeavours to be flexible and suit the customers’ needs to the best of our ability.
